02 — Catch them
The tool your business needs that nobody sells.
Every growing business ends up with a set of tools that half-fit, and a person holding the gaps together with spreadsheets and memory. That person is the single point of failure, and the gaps are where the money goes.
Why off-the-shelf runs out
Bought software makes you work its way. That’s a fair trade for a while — until the mismatch between how the tool thinks and how your business runs starts costing more than the tool saves.
The expensive failures are almost never inside one system. They live between systems: the form that doesn’t reach the CRM, the booking that never becomes a task, the reply nobody sees because it landed somewhere no one checks. Nobody sells software for the space between your other software. That’s the part we build.
What we build
- Lead pipelines. Every inquiry captured from every source, filtered for junk, assigned to a person, and escalated if it goes cold. Nothing depends on somebody remembering.
- Booking and intake. Calendars, forms and paperwork wired into one flow — prefilled from what you already know, so the customer isn’t asked twice for anything.
- Automated follow-up. Staged reminders that fire on a schedule and stop the moment they’re no longer needed. Persistent without being a nuisance.
- Internal dashboards and digests. The daily email that says what needs attention today — so the owner isn’t logging into four systems to find out.
- Integrations. Making the tools you already pay for talk to each other, instead of replacing them.
Two we’ve built
Both replaced a person remembering.
Lead pipeline
For LiveWell Mobility
Inquiries pulled in from every source, bot and spam traffic filtered out, field-service jobs counted as real contact, the owner alerted on arrival, and a daily digest of what still needs a call.
The whole back office
For MobileGroove
Bookings synced and paperwork chased automatically, the production record created by the booking itself, and invoicing, receivables and payables on one page that keeps itself current.

Which of the four is costing you?
If you’re not sure, that’s usually the finding. We’ll look at what’s coming in, what happens to it, and what your numbers actually say — then tell you plainly which of the four is worth fixing first, and whether it needs us.
