The People Behind Early Media Group
Two people. A lot of ideas. An unreasonable number of browser tabs.
Stacy Earl
Stacy has spent fifteen years full-time in marketing and business development — for Fortune 5 companies and two Inc. 500 startups — with deep experience across app marketing, B2B, and B2C. She's also a licensed travel advisor, and today she points all of that at the travel and retreat world: building media brands around travel, books, and the communities that form around them, and helping hosts and advisors get found through the storytelling and marketing that fills a trip.
When she's not building platforms, she's planning literary escapes, writing historical fiction, or convincing someone that the best part of any trip is the bookstore you didn't plan to visit.
Robert Earl
Robert is an Air Force veteran and a lifelong motorsports fan who's attended every Indianapolis 500 since 2001. For the last sixteen years he's built successful affiliate-marketing sites, and his edge is structure: he organizes content the way search engines and AI want to read it, so it gets found and cited. That discipline runs through Racing Passport, a travel companion for race fans who plan their year around the grandstands, and the licensing guides that have helped more than 10,000 people launch real estate careers.
At his core, Robert is a teacher. He builds everything the same way — with precision, patience, and the belief that if you can help someone understand something they care about, you've done something that matters.
Our story
Early Media Group started the way most good ideas do — with a conversation that turned into a project that turned into several. We realized we kept building the same thing: niche content platforms for passionate communities. So we gave it a name, put it under one roof, and kept going. These days our focus has narrowed by design — toward travel, retreats, and the people who host and sell them. It's the world we know best, and the one where good storytelling and smart marketing make the biggest difference.
We're a small, intentional operation. Every brand we build serves a real audience with real depth. No clickbait, no churn, no content for content's sake. Just media that's worth someone's time.
What we believe
The internet got very good at serving everyone and not great at serving anyone in particular. Algorithms reward volume, not depth. The result is a lot of content that exists to fill a feed — not to make someone's Tuesday better, or help them find the one race they shouldn't miss, or convince them to finally book the trip they've been thinking about for two years.
We think niche media matters. We think the world is better when the person covering something actually loves it — when the person planning your literary escape has read every book on the list, when the person helping a retreat host market their trip has sat in the room and watched it land, when the person writing for race fans has been in the grandstands since before you were born. Depth isn't a limitation. It's the whole point.
Work with us
We help retreat hosts, retreat venues, and travel advisors turn what they do into a brand people find and remember — we build your marketing foundation and hand you the keys, or teach you to build your own over at Marketing Journeys. If you're building something in the travel and retreat world and want more of the right people to find it, let's talk.
